  1. Chris C & M-Zone – Pentium (Original Mix)
  2. Chris C & M-Zone – Pentium (M-Zone’s Trance Mix)
  3. Captain Tinrib’s Mackerel (Lord Of Remix)

Following on from their previous release on Tinrib Recordings (as Ganesh with ‘Back Again’) Chris & Mick are indeed back again with this, their fifth collaboration – hence the title ‘Pentium’ – this time loudly and proudly under their own names.

The tracks consist of:

A1. Pentium (Original Mix) – The ‘Original Mix’ pulls absolutely no punches whatever and epitomises everything the boys are about right now, a full-on stomper with one of the biggest riffs of the year. Get yer ears round THIS little lot, missus!!! Whipping the Turnmills crew up for some time now, courtesy of Messrs. Wardman and Karim, and receiving regular Kiss FM airplay, ‘Pentium’ looks set to put the guys well and truly on the hardbag map. Dancefloor reaction so far has been sensational wherever it’s been played. 5:23m @ 160bpm

A2. Pentium (M-Zone’s Trance Mix) – This Mix takes things in a completely different direction with some haunting atmospheric strings and vocals harnessed to a chunky bassline to create a beautifully laid back but eminently danceabIe track. 100% British but with a very European feel. 5:23m @ 145bpm

AA1. Mackerel (Lord Of Remix) – Chris & Mick write their tracks on a Pentium PC and Captain Tinrib uses his Mackerel. That old Juno is definitely getting its work load lately – trance is the name of the game in this mix. Both acid machines are driven up to overload point, screaming the nuts out of any speaker system! The Captain’s aboard with yet another massive remix – all hands on deck! 7:35m @ 150bpm

Mackerel, possibly the greatest tune ever. First heard it around 97, sounds just as good, if not better, today.
